The building - dating back to the end of the 19th century - is covered by a large barrel vault and is part of a group of two buildings that share a common garden and an underground cistern. TThe bedroom is located on the new wooden loft, while – in order not to break up the unified interior space – the bathrooms and the storage room are housed in the old auxiliary buildings cluster. The masonry gutter has been restored and supplies the underground cistern with rainwater.
