LSTZ is a group of engineers and architects composed by Andreas Lourantos - civil engineer, Yiannis Schinas - mechanical engineer, Stefanos Tavlaridis - architect, Maria Zermalia - civil engineer and Elli Harou - civil engineer.

The team as a whole is active in Kythira since 2015, although the career of its members in the field of building construction begins in 1989, with the establishment of the design and construction office of Andreas Lourantos. In 2007 begins the collaboration with Yiannis Schinas and Maria Zermalia, while Stefano Tavlaridis joins the team in 2015 and Elli Harou in 2020.

The main purpose of our team's activity is the design and construction of new buildings, as well as the renovation of existing architectural structures.

The office takes care of all the phases that contribute to the completion of a building: from the advisory service regarding the urban planning and legislative regime applicable to the property, to the advisory service that concernes its purchase. From the topographical, architectural, static, mechanical and energy design to the supervision and completion of the construction.

Our long-term experience in the field of building construction in Kythira allows us to archieve the construction of a building with the highest quality and construction standards.

Beyond Kythira, our team members have designed and constructed buildings in Athens, Piraeus, Naxos, Genoa.
